Our Property Management service includes:

  • Market Rental Appraisal
  • Interviewing & reference checking prospective tenants & finding new tenants as the need arises
  • Completing tenancy documentation and lodging bonds with tenancy services on your behalf
  • Collecting rent
  • Initial 6 week inspection then regular 3 monthly full maintenance inspections
  • Market rent reviews
  • Payment of land rates, water rates, insurance, body corporate levies and any other related expenses can be paid on landlords' behalf
  • Arrangement of repairs and maintenance
  • Any mediation & tribunal disputes are handled on your behalf
  • Fulfillment of legislative requirements
  • Rent collected is direct credited to your nominated account on the 1st business day of every month, a statement is sent to you at this time also

We do not charge for inspections, arranging maintenance, disbursements etc, we like to keep everything as simple as possible. We believe the key to any investment property is to spend the time finding the most suitable tenant, managing them going forward and maintaining the property to ensure it is kept to a high standard.

We source short/medium term bookings for furnished accommodation, meet clients, collect monies and arrange cleaning in your absence and any maintenance required.
